Location of the property was excellent, walking distance from Port Authority Bus Terminal Station as well as from Penn Station or Moynihan Train Hall NYC. All major tourist attractions including Times Square were very convenient to reach from this place. Breakfast was also amazing with lot of options and was starting early in the morning. Room was clean, 24 hours hot water available. Overall excellent experience.

The hotel was well located not far from Times Square (on the south side) and 2 metro stations. It as very easy to get around and we never felt unsafe walking through the area (a group of two moms and teen girls). The room was small for 4 people and we had to get creative with where to put everything but when in NYC you really are only in the room to sleep and get ready so it was fine. It is not a luxury or spacious hotel but we would rather save our money for experiences than the hotel.

Everything was great! As I was heading down from Maine via Amtrak, Ariana from the front desk texted me to see how things were going and I was able to tell her I'd be arriving a little early. Also, the location was wonderful for me, only six blocks from the Moynihan Train Hall to the hotel and then six or seven blocks from the hotel to the Theatre District and the TKTS booth. And the huge hot/cold breakfast buffet was great, a lot to choose from...fruit, juice, coffee, tea, bagels, white bread, English muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, a hot make-your-own waffle station, a couple of chafing dishes of eggs, omelets, sausage, potatoes. Not everything was the greatest quality - eggs were a tad rubbery - and the "hot" stuff wasn't all that hot but I did love being able to have coffee and eat something - get breakfast over with - so I could go back to the room and brush my teeth before heading out. Also, some people said the elevators were slow but I was on th 20th floor and I didn't experience that. And I got a great rate for three nights with my "genius" discount on booking.com. Also, the bed was very comfortable, my king room was a decent size, small fridge in room, plus a coffeemaker that I never used.

The breakfast area offered a variety of items to select from including sausage, eggs, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, cereals, juices and three different types of coffee. The entire staff was very pleasant as well.

We loved everything about our stay! We arrived in New York from Mississippi around 12:30 that afternoon and check in was not until 3 but they allowed us to check in early! No questions asked which was one of the huge things for me! The second huge thing was checkout was at 12 but our flight was not until 9:30 that night so they stored our bags until we were ready to leave! There was 4 of us so almost every night we requested extra towels/ rags and they never once complained and got right on it! The staff was top notch and I would definitely recommend staying!

Location is perfect. Staff was great. Ac was blasting cold I slept amazing. Only like 4-5 rooms per floor so it was very quiet. They had the option to leave my baggage before my check in so I didn’t have to carry it around until afternoon around the city.

I think it’s expensive for 3 nights(2 adults +2 child)1200$ but it’s NYC Location is good Coffee / hot water machine 24/7 Wifi very good in the room 2705

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was ready so we could rest and get ready to sightsee. The ability to leave luggage there until flight was another top convenience. The waffle guy was soooo nice. Very memorable for service!!
